The signed contract between Custom Badges and the client cannot be amended without the consent of Custom Badges.

To make any changes to the contract, one needs to get in touch with the customer support team. Custom Badges reserves the right to refuse any amendments or changes requested from the buyer’s end.

We are always open to catering to any requests placed by the client. Minor changes in the brief would be catered free of cost. However, major changes like replacing the fabric, or thread would be charged.

Clients can request as many changes as they want in the design before it is passed to the production team. However, requesting an entirely different design under the name of revision will not be catered to.
